NSW Program Manager Younger Onset Dementia
Over the last 30 years, in my professional career , in both my studies and career path, I have to worked across the many genres of the human service field .Starting at the early age of 14, I become involved weekend respite program called “ Interchange” , that supported families to have a break from their young child, with a disability.
My professional career path has spanned both the community not for profit sector, and NSW state government agencies. I have worked alongside many families and with a wide range of older people, people living with dementia, indigenous communities, homeless young people, and people with disabilities. From project management, to working in a 24 hour behavioural unit, to implementing National programs and managing large scale change management programs, to Dementia care programs. I enjoy working alongside people to enable others to enrich their own experience of their life, it is a passion .
