Jim Cyngler is the director of Jim Cyngler Consulting, which provides mediation services, facilitation and conflict management training to organisations and individuals both in Australia and overseas.
Jim Cyngler Consulting helps people in conflict or dispute to develop a capacity for meaningful decision making. Through this approach Jim enables and supports people to evaluate and articulate their priorities, appreciate the perspectives of others and assess their readiness to manage the decisions available to them. In return, parties gain control over their lives, create strong commitments to outcome and develop their relationships into the future.
Jim has been actively engaged in Board membership and leadership of numerous Not-For-Profit Community Organisations. In 2009 Jim was awarded an OAM for services to the community. He is a Nationally accredited mediator and Principal instructor under the Australian National Mediation Standards. He is a member of the Victorian Bar.
