
About my services
I accept all matters for mediation and facilitate an efficient electronic practice. Conducting dispute resolution services online provides a number of benefits to parties and practitioners involved in a dispute including reduced travel expenses, greater flexibility when mediating over time zones, an added level of comfort for vulnerable parties and greater efficiencies with case management of the dispute.
My approach to dispute resolution is to directly case manage early in a personable electronic form to quickly identify issues in the dispute and work to resolve the issues whilst promoting functional working relationships.
In person and co-mediation briefs are welcomed and arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Experience and qualifications
I am an Australian Lawyer with broad litigation experience and practice in law, business and general management to provide sound and reliable insight into a variety of disputes.
Academically, I have been admitted to the degrees of both Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology and Politics) at Deakin University and am currently a candidate for a Master’s of Laws (Applied Law) with the College of Law.
In terms of experience, I have had the privilege to work in a variety of different settings outside mediations and private legal practice. I have worked in government, an ASX Listed corporation, small businesses and franchises.
Beyond the law and dispute resolution, I have developed a passion to deliver efficient and personal service in a variety of consultancy work focused on business development and entrepreneurship.
