Suzanne Pinyon is a Nationally Accredited Mediator through AMDRAS and the Law Society of South Australia and founder of Prospect Mediation www.prospectmediation.com.au and a sessional Tribunal Member with the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Suzanne has a background of 30 years as a civil litigation lawyer practising in the area of personal injury including medical negligence, public liability, motor vehicle accidents, Workcover and employment law. Suzanne understands the impact of conflict on parties to a dispute and the valuable role mediation can play in assisting parties to have difficult conversations and finding sustainable solutions through respectful communication, true listening and collaboration in a safe and confidential environment.
Suzanne is a member of the Mediation Institute and Resolution Institute and is a committee member of the State committee for the Resolution Institute and the Alternative Dispute resolution committee of the Law Society of South Australia.
Suzanne is a volunteer mediator and on the panel of mediators for the Magistrates Court of South Australia.
Suzanne believes in life long learning and has and will continue to undertake further training to improve her knowledge and skills to better assist parties in a mediation.
In her spare time Suzanne enjoys keeping her mind and body fit and healthy through regular exercise, good food and reading/listening to audiobooks and spending time with her family and friends.
