Ena is a registered psychologist and a registered FDR Practitioner. Ena was the Chair of the 4th National Mediation Conference April 1998 and Chair of the Board for the 12th National Mediation Conference 2014. She has extensive experience in the settlement of disputes involving interpersonal relationships such as family Law, Elder mediation and workplace disputes. As the Family Dispute Resolution Training Manager at Relationships Australia Victoria, Ms Shaw has conducted an extensive range of programs in the mediation field. She has conducted training for Federal, State and Local Government in the area of Family Law, Parent Adolescent Disputes, Workplace, Gender Based Harassment and Neighbourhood disputes. She has presented her work at National and International Conferences.
