Donna is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General’s Dept. and a nationally accredited mediator who works with Relationships Australia Victoria.
Donna has worked across the fields of ageing, mental health, community development and trauma informed cultural development. Prior to becoming a family dispute resolution practitioner, Donna was the Senior Policy Officer with COTA Victoria (Council on the Ageing) and worked closely with older people, government and other key stakeholders on Victoria’s end of life reforms, age discrimination and retirement housing reform.
Donna previously held policy and project coordination positions across the not for profit sector and local government. She has extensive stakeholder engagement skills and her creative work history includes documentary filmmaking, cultural development and teaching. Throughout her work with individuals, groups, communities and organisations she has created meaningful and innovative success stories in the social impact space.
Donna also holds tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Group work facilitation and Training and Assessment.
