As an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with fourteen years’ experience, I assess, refer, and work with families in a team approach of best practice to facilitate positive outcomes for each individual family.
The value of the whole family is in embracing all members from newborn to end of life. I bring an extensive academic and applied background in families, alternative dispute resolution and social health, reflecting my passion to support healthy relationships and functional communities. Knowledge, understanding and a voice to each person in a dispute, can diffuse animosity and provide new strategies or ideas to deal with conflict.
I am grateful to join the Elder Mediation Australasian Network (EMAN) to network and collaborate with other professionals working to support the rights and dignity of aging people within their families and community.
