Peter Irving is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and a retired solicitor. Peter has been a mediator since 1989 and has mediated a variety of disputes including commercial and personal injuries disputes . Since 2000 he has been an active member of the panel of mediators for Family Law disputes at the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales. Peter is a member of the panel of Advanced Mediators at the Resolution Institute.
