Bonnie has been a professional member of the Resolution Institute (formerly LEADR Association of Dispute Resolvers) since 2006 and is a Registered Nurse, Division 1. She is currently a panel member of the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman.
Bonnie is a highly experienced alternative dispute resolution practitioner and organisational change consultant who has over 12 years’ experience assisting individuals, teams, and organisations, transition out of situations of unproductive conflict by guiding them toward positive outcomes. She has held the positions of Conciliator, Office of the Health Services Commissioner, and Special Advisor, Mental Health Complaints Commission.
