I am currently practicing as a workplace, elder and family mediator and also conduct workplace investigations and team reviews. I have my own consulting business, Open Road Consulting, and also work as a consultant for Worklogic, delivering mediation services for community organisations, aged care and government organisations. For 11 years I have run a street soccer program for marginalised women, many of whom are elderly. I am a Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Mediator Standards Board, and a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (having completed my training with Relationships Australia in 2013). I also have a Masters degree in Industrial Relations. I have recently completed Elder Mediation training with Dr Dale Bagshaw and have undertaken training in Understanding Dementia with the Wicking Centre, University of Tasmania.
